Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. The prices shown on this website do not include UK import VAT or customs duties.

Depending on the carrier and the value of your order, import charges may be payable before delivery. Where they apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout. Your carrier will contact you directly if any charge is due.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@titanslock.com or call +1 912 758 3571. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. An additional shipping charge may apply in that case.
