The outer is a hard-wearing technical fabric, the inner lining is thermal. Machine wash cold, inside out, delicate cycle and no fabric softener. Do the zips up before washing so they do not catch the fabric. Air dry on a hanger, never in the tumble dryer or on a radiator, which distort the fastenings. No bleach, no dry cleaning. A damp cloth is enough between washes for light marks, which spaces out machine washes and makes the fabric last longer.
